    Chest and Triceps with my boy Brandon Cass today. Left should felt a lot better after the 1hr massage and some "pain a trate" (its a pain reliever cream) Brandon killed my chest today, couldnt go heavy due to the shouler but we did a lot of sets and reps.

    LEG DAY! Hit the gym with my trainer today, he has NO mercy on me.But thats a good thing lol We call leg day "The PAIN Train". Ive made damn fine progress with my leg workouts, had an inflamed hip flexor / IT Band and i couldnt squat for months, leg press over 405 nor hack squat over 225! It sucked, the pain was incredible. BUT its finally better and my numbers are going up finally!


    LEGS

    Leg EXT: 5 x 15 with 135, 135, 150, 150, 150

    Leg Press: 5 x 15 with 405, 495, 585, 675, 765

    Hack Squats: 2 x 10 with 225 3 x 8-10 with 315

    *SUPER SET

    Sissy Squats BW + 10lb plate (i= know that isnt much but an improvement)
    Walking Lunges BW 15 each leg



    Pre-Workout Mix

    2 scoops Beta-Crete
    1 scoop Amino-Tren
    1 scoop PEAK-400

    Not sure what the hell happened but my shoulder feels a lot better today. I was so worried I may have torn my rotator cuff or similar. But that 1hr deep tissue massage, aleeve and stretching has help tremendously. The pain is still there but not as bad and I can lift my arm normally and pain free. I was massaging it yesterday and think I found the spot. A small muscle fiber deep in my shoulder. When I hit it the pain is powerful but if I slowly and gingerly massage it the pain slowly dies down. Whew! I was sure my bodybuilding season was over before it even started.

    Chest, Shoulders and Triceps today. Left shoulder feels a lot better but still tender when i go heavy so i had to keep it fairly light today.


    CHEST

    Incline Machine Press: 4 x 15 with 110

    Flat DB Press; 3 x 12 with 65, 75, 85

    Cable Cross Overs: 4 x 12-15 with 70, 80, 90, 100


    TRICEPS

    OverHead Rope EXT. 4 x 15 with 70, 80, 80, 80

    1 Arm Cable Ext: 4 x 12 with 30

    Hammer Machine Press: 4 x 15-20 with 80, 80, 90, 90

    *these hurt a good bit

    Nice session BB. I feel ya on the shoulder issue. Dealing with one myself. My last log entry for shoulders pretty much entailed something like pansey-ass pink dumbell pisssy chit

    I couldn't catch in the vid if you said the machine or not but was that the Hammer Strength High Row machine?
    Looks interesting and def different. If it is that machine, I might would try it but they have the one at my gym so close to the frickn' mirrored wass you can't get in front of it for that movement

    Yeah the hammer machine I used is high. Like pull downs. It feels pretty good. Like a cgbp and press down mixed.

    Thank you! I have a horrible habit of sleeping on it which ironically makes the pain stop while I sleep but hurts like hell all day. It's about 80% better now. Massage and Aleeve have been a big help.

    Same here i always have my right shoulder in some awkward position when i sleep and when i wake up it hurts most of the day!
