MP Assault

I had a sample of the Orange Mango Assault that came with one of my orders. It was a 1 serving sample size.

The taste was great, one of the best pre's that I've had. Unfortunately, that's about the only thing I liked. 10-15 minutes after drinking the sample I got a nasty headache that lingered for the whole workout. Didn't notice much of an energy boost, felt like taking a 200 mg caffeine tab. Nothing special there.

Overall: meh/10

I wouldn't ever buy it and I wouldn't recommend it.

Weird. I tried to decipher the prop blend but didn't find it in the 30 ingredient list.

That would explain the headache


Edit: there appears to be a good amount of nitrates in the new version. I might have had the old version, I would've noticed those when I took it

Thanks for the honest feedback. It's good to see the honest feedback from the community. Luckily I have never experienced severe headaches with either formula. I deff would recommend giving the new formula a try for anyone who hasn't yet. Stuff definitely packs a punch.

In my opinion MP Assault is a terrible product and always has been. Not to mention a terrible company in general. Also, it is obvious MP paid or had people write fake reviews for Iron Pump and it is still rated pretty bad overall (pathetic). MP probably wouldn't even be a known company if it wasn't for marketing. I love how beta-alanine is the only ingredient that says how much of it is in Assault because all of the other ingredients are probably completely under dosed, just a dusting, or an amount not supported by studies. I would really love to see a non-proprietary blend on the new Assault to see how terrible it is.

P.S. I would like a response from a MP rep or even better an employee.

i just traded a unopened tub of craze for my GF's half full tub of assault (blue razz).

i really like it, my workouts on it have been great, pumps were killer. sure, i chit blue poo for a day or so but i dont care.

Sure, just like everyone else. If it's negative, that's fine as long as it's honest. 2) I'm sure the same can be said about any company concerning marketing. It's really not our fault that our marketing has been top level, if other companies can't compete because of marketing that's simply their fault. 3) We keep prop blends to protect our own formulas and prevent knock-offs, plain and simple. Our products have always received great feedback about their efficacy. You can't have efficacy without solid doses/ingredients.

Believe me, we are used to being hated on. No big deal. If you aren't being hated on then you're doing something wrong. A lot of people/companies hate the fact that we are literally only 5 years old, shot to the top quickly and have stayed there with no where to go but even higher.

Feel free to shoot me a pm for a new assault sample, I'd love to prove you wrong about it being "horrible".

Why would anyone take advice or believe anything a supplement rep says when their products have almost NO VERIFIED BUYER REVIEWS?

The only reason muscle pharm became known is because you picked up where the unbelievably crappy xyience supplement line went bankrupt and took over their UFC supplement place.

You have haters and people who believe in your marketing campaign, but no REAL unpaid athletes would recommend your product unless they wanted to get paid.

Just because a PAID athlete says Muscle Pharm is amazing does not mean it is.
Good analogy here is compariny Gillete Razors to Dollar Shave Club Razors. Gillete has huge marketing and the *BEST* science and cost 5x as much. But Dollar Shave Club razors are 5x cheaper no crazy marketing campaign and are infinitely better product.

The BodyBuilding.com website in general agree Muscle Pharm products are crap, so once I see real reviews that will not end. GNC agrees and pretty much the entire BodyBuilding community including BB Staff.

Also your propriety blend is to hide your formula from competitors is hilarious. Look at the TOP rated REAL supplements and they tell you every little thing you're getting all by VERIFIED BUYERS. Being a top product is getting real reviews not a ton of 100% fake reviews to try to get in the top 50 supplements on BB.

Muscle Pharm products is littered with fake reviews literally maybe 10% of the reviews are real and of those almost all call the product out for what it is.
