My first cut and a question on quick weight loss.

    My macros are as follows:

These numbers are based on a maintenance of an intake of 2783/day. And the numbers below have a built in 2 Pound/week weight loss.

    Calories: 2250
    Protein: 130
    Fat: 125
    Carbs: 151

I have been pretty beefy for a while for my height, and over the last 4 months I have been doing All Pro's Beginners Work Out, just ended my 4th cycle.

The biggest I was is 228, and that was about a month ago and a half ago. I started to decrease eating crap foods, and I got back down to around 223. I continue to work out under All Pro's plan, and continue taking creatine so I do not get that excessive strength loss while loosing weight. I drink a gallon of water per day at least.

I started really counting calories around the 16th of August. Besides probably fat I maintain my macros pretty well, and get my 2200 calories in daily.

Until yesterday I have not weighed myself for exactly 16 days and I was sitting at 223 with clothes on.

I weighed myself after I woke up yesterday and I hit a pretty big personal low of 213.

Is this to much weight to quickly? And if so should I adjust to 1.5/week weight loss, or should I let nature take its course?

My goal is to get to 190 and then put on another 10 pounds of muscle, and then cut to a lean and mean 180.

I have a pretty big frame so I think that is a good target for me.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Hunter

After a couple weeks (you said 16 days)...likely not. If you were obese then possible.
