I work 3rd shift (yay me) and my shifts are 12 hrs a piece... I work 7 days in two weeks(not bad) but I need help eating healthy at night during my shifts I'm good when I'm home... I have access to a 24 hr gym (golds) any suggestions please help i need to lose 30 lbs
