Liquid egg whites ??
Does anyone in the UK use liquid egg whites ? Just like ronnie coleman,jay cutler,Phil heath ect..
I live in England and I've never seen liquid egg whites.
Sainsburys super market now stock liquid egg whites,I really want to buy it because its FULL of protein and is quite cheap !!
Anyone use liquid egg whites on a daily basis ?

I eat one a day.
Egg white doesn't taste or smell imo. It's just fluid you drink.. pure protein
But the yellow damn! Make sure it stays whole till you swallow it. You don't want to eat the yellow raw lol.. Tastes horrible.

OH MAN. Liquid Egg Whites are perf. for a quick breakfast. Make a sandwhich out of it and ham, plus a protein shake. Hits ALL KINDSSSSSSSSSSSS OF MACROS.

i heard they are full of lots of hormones n other crap... although someone posted on here today that whey protein is a killer and had "evidence". bollocks to it all im gonna grab some and give it a go, protein is protein to me!

Just remember to include a few yolks. Loaded with tons of nutrients and vitamins. Inb4 cholesterol, more LDL than HDL.
