- ran into a bunch of ******* people at my gym, one helped spot and had his balls all over my face when i was trynna bench
- graduation party/dinner later all by myself
life is looking sucky, real bad feels everywhere.

Head up OP, your lifts are amazing for your height and weight. One bad day doesn't equal a lifetime of bad days.
