100% agree. I was referencing a few posters that have stated the father put his family at risk. It's a chitty situation and very messy.

Maybe they were out of gas. Maybe the station only allowed payment inside because of too many ghetto scumbags using stolen cards. I highly doubt the father went in there looking for trouble. If he did, then he sure as hell got it. More likely story is a ghetto racist thug saw a white guy in a pink shirt and decided to take out his meaningless lifes rage out on the guy that looked different. Racism exhists among all races. These threads are always good for a laugh.
When anyone brings up issues like this we get similar responses as in a thread about mens/womens rights during divorce.
1.A legitimate point is made about how society handles things.
2. Women/Blacks enter thread and either ignore the issues/make excuses/divert attention
3.White knights enter. "You can't say anything until you've walked a mile in their shoes." Give birth/sexism/discrimination
4. Those who try to remain neutral and keep to the facts are labeled sexist/racist and shamed by 2's and 3's. This is made easier by the appearance of idiots who make sexist/racist comments. Allowing those who have a valid point to be easily lumped into a group with the idiots.

No one is saying that all blacks are criminals/racist/whatever. No one is pretending that racism against blacks doesn't happen. But in all reality this would have very different news coverage if the races were reversed, it would be covered heavily by most major news networks. There would be pressure by the general public for all three offenders to receive as harsh a punishment as possible.
