Has anyone taken Agmatine and really felt that it has worked? Also did you notice any increase in Acne? I am wondering because I just ordered some and I want to know if it will make me get Acne or not.

This frustrates the hell out of me because i get the best pumps i've ever had from Agmatine. It even improved my kidney function (something that is not often mentioned in articles) Something to do with the "kidneys glomerular filtration rate". I've noticed many other healthy things as well aside from a bb advantages.
But it increases my rosacea/facial flushing dramatically.
I get so little time these days for researching so can you or anyone recommend anything i can do to stop that happening or a similiar supp that doesn't give me this flushing thing?
I would appreciate this immensely.

I have rosacea too. Best thing to do us avoid vasodilators like this but I don't since I wanna bd huge, so I just take a lot if anti-inflammatory things like fish oil, MSM, cinnamon, etc and then dissolve MSM into distilled water and rub it on my face a couple if times a day: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/18254805/

So 3-4 grams EPA/DHA, 2-3 teaspoons MSM internally, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and I'm starting some meriva curcumin too in a little bit plus the MSM water has helped me immensely. This is about the worst I've had it since I started this regimen: http://i.imgur.com/aNHclOh.jpg and thats not bad at all really even the redness looks like rosy cheeks if anything almost a positive attribute whereas before I got some zombie looking chit a couple of times when I was stressed out

I'll definitely give this a try. I just read that GPLC isn't as harsh as Agmatine so i'll check that out to. Looked at your photo and if i could say that's my worst i'd be pretty happy.
Is the fish oil and MSM all in one hit or 2-3 doses over the day? And how much MSM to how much water? I read the link and i have some Milk Thistle powder i may dump into it as well.
Mine isn't there all the time. I train fasted in the morning and it doesn't happen until much later in the day but if i train after breakfast i cop it before i even get out of the car park.
Thanks for the tip. Repped.Last edited by Richie; 08-02-2013 at 11:54 PM.

Fish oil dosing schedule doesn't really matter some people try to space it out from workouts, but it gets in your system and " fat motility" is high during exercise so I don't think it matters as much. You can take it all at once or in multiple doses. Msm is water soluble if you wanna be really sure you can Heat up the distilled water a little on the stove to make sure it dissolves then I put it in a spray bottle and spray it on my face and/or hands and rub it in all over. I do 5-10% solution. Sulfur is also a classic acne treatment so it helps with that too. The milk thistle is not water soluble though so I don't add it. I tried asking Patrick Arnold once about how I could maybe add milk thistle to a homemade solution but he and beejis looked at me like I was a retard wasting their time so I don't know how you could add that

One last thing is the reason I added the MSM by itself to distilled water is because rosacea is notoriously sensitive so it's best to eliminate things that might trigger an outbreak and slowly reintroduce things one by one. I thought that was nonsense when I was younger but I've learned that my sensitive ******* face can't even tolerate sensitive skin lotion or even Johnson's baby lotion. So I would start with that see if that works and then go from there before making a concoction with multiple ingredients

I to share a sensitive ******* face!! Fluro lighting and going from cold outside to warm inside seems to be doing it lately so i'm dropping anything vasodilating and see if it still happens. Outside in the sun it has no effect at all!!!
I've never been big on sugar but weekends i tend to increase a bit while living like a normal human being so i'll drop that for a while to as it increases any inflammation.
If the MSM solo is working for you then that's good enough for me. It's amazing stuff. A friend of mine has COPD and is getting it under control since starting on MSM. DMSO, which is similiar, is the only thing that rid me of a 3-4 year shoulder/bicep tendon issue.
Many thanks for your time and effort.Fueled By Fat.

No problem man. Glad I could help. Hope this all works. Thing that sucks is there no cure for this all kinds of things works for people a last resort is a thing called oracea which is a mild antibiotic but you wanna try to avoid going on antibiotics long term as that can lead to antibiotic resistance. Dermatologists have prescribed me a bunch of different stuff to varying degrees of success (2.5 % selenium sulfide, metrogel, finacea, etc) and that msm water worked best for me personally
