Goal I set for myself fall 2012: Have a viable 6 pack by June 2013 while getting stronger.
Current Goal: GET THOSE ABS
Background: Started lifting junior year in highschool, but started getting serious senior year for football. I started as a 220 pound fat kid and have dropped myself to 183 at my lowest point. I am currently 187 pounds and looking to achieve the goal I set for myself at the start of the school year!
Current Body Stats
Age= 19 years old

(note I don't actually follow a plan, but believe Iv got a good routine)
Chest:
Bench Press 4x6
Incline bench press 3x5
Dumbbell fly 3x8
Machine Fly 3x8
Back:
Warmup with Lat pull downs
Bent over rows: 3x8
row: 3x8
Lat pull down: 3xSuperset
Arm day:
Biceps till death
Triceps till death
shoulder Shrugges
Abs until death, then death again.
legs:
Leg push machine(we don't have a free bar squat rack) 4x8
Lunges 3x10
Leg curl 3x10
Leg extension 3x10
Standing Calf raises(feet pointed in, strait and out) 2x10 in each position
leg adduction (sometimes)
leg abduction (sometimes)
Abs only:
Everything and anything I can do
*Most workouts normally involve at least 8 minutes of abs and ~20 minute cardio after

I can already tell I'm going to have trouble walking the next 2 days!
A great leg workout starting with an 8 minute warmup, Leg presses, Squats, leg extensions, leg curls, leg abductions, leg adductions, and some calves. And to top it off a 30 minute bike ride. Sprinkled some abs at the end but my body said enough was enough!
