I may be interested in applying, especially after following your log with the caps. I am curious to see the effectiveness of a powder vs pills.

Why Should AEN Choose You(additional information)?: Just finished my senior year of college football, i graduate in 7 weeks! Still train hard and will be training with a group of college football players this summer even though i do not play anymore. The hardcore atmosphere in the gym can't be beat and the sprints on the turf in 100 degree weather are killer but will make someone huge and shredded. I also work full time at a golf course/restaurant so i get free chicken there and take full advantage of that! My goal is to get my maxes up at least to this summer when i was heading into my senior year of football in the next 7 weeks before i head home and train with the crew. Then it will be new PR's for everyone!
I hope to do a great job logging this because if i could run another tub while doing the hardcore workouts my body would really change, especially since i do not do cardio now and i will be in a few weeks.
You can check my current log and i am not missing any days, and really enjoy logging. I enjoy posting and talking to people and learning new things from the reps just as much as i talk about my workouts.

I'm an avid olympic weightlifter and competitor. I taught myself everything and have competed in several competitions and placed every time. Years Training: A little bit before Christmas time of 2011 I started working out again on a consistent basis. I was doing mostly cardio and conditioning work to lose weight. I started out at 240lbs and over 40% body fat. Around September of 2012 I started working on muscle and strength building. So, either six or sixteen months depending on how you want to count it.
Current Goals: Right now I am attempting to come back from an accidental bulk. Plus I'm trying to get myself in shape for the Police Officer Physical Agility Test and Cooper Fitness Assessment. I've let my cardio and sit-ups slip. So, I'm trying to get those in order while cutting back to 190 - 195. I'm hoping to have that all in order by August at the absolute latest. I'm also eying a "30 day transformation challenge" coming up in April.
Long Term Goals: 200 - 210lbs at 13% body fat. I also want to lift in The Cage at the Arnold Classic one day.

Current Training: Right now I am doing a two day split. Day one is chest, back, and shoulders. Day two is legs and arms. I'm adding in a third day that will include either Football Strength and Conditioning or Cardio Kickboxing. Where it falls in the split will depend on my work schedule. I also alternate between using Iron and using resistance tubes at home. It also depends on how my work schedule falls. It is a way to save about $45 a month on gas and helps deload the pressure on my joints. I work 12.5 hour shifts and spend about 8 hours on foot patrol. So, the ease on the joints is much appreciated. I try to keep the resistance level equal between the iron and the tubes.
Day One: Super Sets
Chest Fly - Rear Fly 3x12
Assisted Wide Grip Pull Up (or Wide Grip Lat Pull Down) - Resisted Pushup (or Decline Bosu Ball Pushups) Bulldozer Style for 20 - 25 reps
Incline Dumb Bell Press (or resisted military pushups) - DB Row (or bent over row with bands) Bulldozer style for 20 -25 reps
External Shoulder Rotation (Ws) - Shoulder Press 2 x 20 Bulldozer style
Decline Press - High Row 20 - 25 Bulldozer style
Back Extensions - 2 x 20
Day Two
Kneeling Hamstring Curl Bulldozer training style
Rear Barbell Squats 1 x 10 warmup, 3 x 12 - 14, 2 x 8 - 10
Standing db Calf Raises - 3 x 30
Rope Tricep Press Down - Seated Preacher Curl (super set) 2 x 20 Bulldozer training style
