    Creatine suggestions

For a while now i'm using Crea mono. It does what it supposed to do in terms of muscle building and strength but there is one side effect i which really annoys me. It really gives me stomach cramps and i hate that.

So now i'm looking to alternatives. I noticed that kre-alkalyn claims that you won't get any stomach cramps.

Does anyone have experience using this. Or maybe other types creatine which are easier on the stomach.

Thanks in advance for any advice
    can you feel it?

I just take creatine mono. What do you take your creatine with? Do you take it with water and on an empty stomach?

Are you taking some cheap "pure" creatine mono, or are you actually getting CreaPure? That would be the first step. Also, how much mono are you taking at a single time? When you drink it is it fully dissolved or is there a bunch of sand-like stuff at the bottom of your glass?

Creatine mono wrecked my stomach. My 2 favorite creating products all time are controlled labs green bulge and concrete.

No more stomach problems on either

Kre Alkalyn is creatine mono mixed with alkaline powder (e.g., soda ash) which is supposed to adjust pH levels. You can give it a go but don't expect any greater gains or better uptake as they marke it.

If you are having the stomach issues, I'd suggest CreaCore or Genomyx's new designer creatine, CREignite.

Like snorkelman said, it could just be a simple switch to creapure being all you need as well.

Thanx for the info. Like is said i'm satisfied in terms of results. I'm looking for something that is friendlier to my stomach. If i can get similar results with this without the cramps i'm satisfied.

will definitely look into creacore and green bulge like some guys said. Thanx for the advice so far.

Take whichever kind of creatine you find the most convenient. If anything for the sake of money though Iw ould not suggest using KreAlkalyn from any brand. Monohydrate will get the exact same job done and won't make you 'bloat' like they claim.

If you enjoy taking a preworkout, consider one like ErgoPump that actually has a full dose in every serving

Lots of options; ultimately they are all means to the same end when it comes to creatine.

well i actually use kre-alkalyn now and i can tell you that this product is great. i've been using AAEFX's kre-alkalyn creatine for over 2 years actually and it's really helped me make some great gains. and yes you're absolutely right, i've never had any stomach issues with it at all. also, theres no loading phase or crazy myths like that to do. open the bottle and start taking the little purple caps. its as easy as that. it's a great product and i highly recommend it.

You asked this question right at the perfect time for me to suggest...

    CREignite

Some amazing intro sales, wonderful formula, going to be a hit. No prop blends, and despite a "saturated" creatine market (hehe), we felt our formulation was unique and effective to distinguish itself from all the rest

You could take a smaller dose but 2-3x a day? I have capsules, so I just take 1 cap 3x a day along with my Orange Triad.
