This is my third log on this site. The first one ended up getting locked while I eventually sort of ended up forgetting to update the second one. Third time will be the charm as this will be the thread used to log the most optimal cut in history. For the unawares...
Starting Stats (October 2011):
5'10"
130 lbs.
15 years old
Peak of Bulk Stats (February 2013):
6'0"
205 lbs.
16 years old
KOHT (Kanevsky's Optimal Hypertrophy Training) V2 was my routine for the latter nine months of my bulk. For my cut, I'm currently considering experimenting with a legs-push-pull split that will look like this:
Saturday: Lower Power
Sunday: Push Power
Monday: Pull Power
Tuesday: Lower Tension
Wednesday: Push Tension
Thursday: Pull Tension
Friday: Off
I'm currently eating at maintenance until February 21st which is the official date that my cut begins.
Let's optimize.

I haven't trained at all for the past week due to a neck injury which was my first injury since August. Thankfully, I only had to miss a week. Back in full force now. Got some sickening leg pumps to the point where it hurt to walk home. I love dat feel. Missed it for the past week.
I'm currently eating 3.3k cals, which is around my maintenance and down from the 4.5k I ate during my bulk. So far, I'm actually enjoying not having to spend so much time eating. Not getting hungry at all yet. My body is ready to start the cut.Last edited by EricKanevskiy; 02-14-2013 at 10:53 PM.
