Well it's definitely been forever.
Found out I was benching improperly. Yay egolifting.
Can now PROPERLY do all of these weights
Bench 160 5x5
Squat 195 5x5
DL 225 1x5 (Pretty sure I can do more, just never tried)
Overhead Press- 100 5x5
Bent over row- 120 5x5
Shrugs- 135 3x8Too weak to post stats crew
