Hey guys, long day. No workout or anything but I'll give you guys my diet. Still 300 calories under.
Breakfast: 2 bagels cream cheese and sausage. W/ yogurt
Lunch: Chicken Sandwich
Dinner: Homemade Nachos.
Weighed out all my things for the nachos and included every last thing. It was a good day.

Hey guys today was good, Hit my calories even a little bit low. No lifting this week as I lift tuesdays and Thursday's w/ my footbal team and tommorow I have a baseball game and Thursday I go out of town to see Braves spring training ! Here's what I ate today..
Breakfast: 3 eggs, 2 slice of cheese, 2 turkey sausage - 430 cals
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad - 300 cals
Dinner: 2 grilled cheese w/ tomato soup. - 625 cals
Snacks: Pirates Booty (flavored popcorn w/out kernels basically) - 250 cals

Baseball game cancelled due train so I had football lift. First my diet...
Breakfast: Chick Fil A biscuit - 440 cals
Lunch: Turkey Burger w/ Baked Lays - 450 cals
Dinner: Turkey Burger w/ corn and banana - 622 cals
Snacks: String Cheese, Baked Lays - 190 cals
Weight Lift:
Clean Comp (shrug, pull, clean) 3x10 45 lbs warmup
Cleans: 3x5 75 lbs
30 pull ups
2 minute abs
Power Jumps
Power cleans: 3x5 80 lbs
Ladder Drills and other cardio
Cals were good, and my lift was tiring and I'm sore so hopefully it's doing somethin, lol.

Strong One Week Bump. Sorry for no updates but I had a little weekend trip to Braves Spring Training at ESPN Wide World of Sports. No care whatsoever and this week I payed for it. All this week I worked to get the 5lb bloat away and this morning I weighed in at 167.0 so not that much of a diffrence (also isn't help that I binged on Hershey's kisses and Ritz Crackers) but anyway, I'll start updating reguraly again on Monday. Maybe I will post some pics of my results so far.

I'm done. Starting tommrow at 8 am I am changing my life. I have hovered around 167-170 for the past 3 weeks. I have been cutting for 2 months I should be at 165 right now. Binges will end. No more sweets or sodas. Get back into the gym. Adding Cardio everyday. Updating this to keep me dedicated. Fuark the haters I am doing this for me.
