I've thought about getting one, I only do dragonflys, hanging leg raises, and windshield wipers ATM, a buddy of mine swears by this thing, though. Think I'll stop by Wal-Mart and pick one up.

I read somewhere the proper way to breathe is to let everything relax inflating the lungs fully and letting the stomach out, then to exhale slowly bring the diapharm in as in the vacuum stomach (20sec or so, for each breath you take during the day)
