Only thing that really caught my attention and had me think WTF was "How many times a week do you workout?" and seeing the answer the 1-3 days a week was more than 50%. That is weird... I mean 85% men and 15% women took the survey.. I don't see how just 1 to 3 days out of 7 days in the week will help you achieve anything. The other answer 4-6 days a week was 41%. Was the 1-3 days a week elderly people? That go to the gym to do the classes, get in the pool and do a few exercises and leave? IDK.
