I'm a student so I don't get much money. At the minute I get £15 a month, that's about $30. I don't really get enough protein in my diet even though I have meat for dinner most nights so I was just wondering what you think is the best value source of protein. Ps, PB makes me puke

You're from the UK, yeah? How the balls are you supposed to live off of £15 a month?? You're still living at home, right?
Way to figure out cheapest source of protein - buy some, divide the price of what you bought by the amount of protein it has (if it's something you cook, make sure you take into account the cooked weight) It can be a bit of a hassle to do, but thanks to this I now know whether or not something is a good source of protein, based on how much it costs.
What shops you got nearby? Lidl, Sainsburys, etc?
