Thoughts of the day!
Well today is the end of week seven and the end of my deload week! I again have chose to remove the 90% limitation on my primary exercises and push myself as hard as I can to improve (and to close the gap between me and E_P_C)
My new 1RM numbers are as follows:
Bench Press-273
Squats-364
Deadlifts-435
Military Press-203
The new 5/3/1 schedule is as follows:
These next three weeks are going to be killer but I know I have the motivation and desire to get through my lifts and have success!

Starting the 5/3/1 cycle and it totally kicked my ass! But I pushed through and made some gains in other areas!

Today was deadlifts! It was a short day so I only got in 3 exercises in but I will make up for that Thursday! Tomorrow is cardio and painting the kitchen for the 3RD time!

Dude youre roughly 8 weeks into a knarly cut. Dont worry about the numbers youre putting up. Youre sitting at 10% bf 5(?) weeks out. Youre golden at this point. Its all mental , now. Just drive on.
