To answer your question brah, 4 days is quite soon to feel anything imo. I know it's all individual, but I didn't feel chit with this for a good few weeks, like 6 weeks. Before that, felt pretty bad actually, which I think is why a lot of people relapse. They miss dat dere dopamine hit but remember that's normal and just push on through it.

That was a pretty motivation story brah, over the past couple several years I haven't been able to get past the 26 day mark. I want to have that 5 month feel.
