Sup guys. I was just hopin' for a bodyfat estimate from you guys who know what they're talking about. I have a caliper, but it's tough to get an accurate when I don't have anybody to test my tris or back. The caliper estimates at about 10-11%, but I'm not entirely sure about that. Also currently have a shoulder injury and no lifting for two more weeks so I need some entertainment...

Height: 5'10

Looks to me the caliper you used is pretty accurate in its estimate.

11-12%, so yes caliper is close.
