DID trained back last night, hard and controlled with heavy weights but not much meals thruout the day beside dimsum and pooping. i happen to blow all my energy on back exercise but threw in 315lbs for lousy 12 reps instead of 18 reps like i usually do then 405lbs for 5 reps and then drop back down to 225lbs for 34 reps with no energry. video not worthly to post till this friday i warm up with 315lbs for 20 plus reps and share it with you guys and condom head guys

I'm now searching for a oil that I don't need to inject often. Any suggestions? I'm only planning to cycle for 4 weeks this time starting in Feb or March.
