No more natural as of last night, you mad im asian and jucing?
DID trained back last night, hard and controlled with heavy weights but not much meals thruout the day beside dimsum and pooping. i happen to blow all my energy on back exercise but threw in 315lbs for lousy 12 reps instead of 18 reps like i usually do then 405lbs for 5 reps and then drop back down to 225lbs for 34 reps with no energry. video not worthly to post till this friday i warm up with 315lbs for 20 plus reps and share it with you guys and condom head guysFictional character

dbols are ok jonny, i pefer tbol or adrol at 100mg to 150mg for 4-5 weeks of pure strength n rage to bring the asian race to the top of the gym pack. no one in all of al fitness has beaten me in any lift n reps
