Yea, me thinks I need to give it a rest for a week and just keep eating at 3k it's still so early in the comp. worst case I could always do a week pounding down food to make it up if I'm not gaining at a good enough rate. At least I know I'm definitely maintaining/gaining slowly. After all I've been around 3k for only 2 days. Also wanna pick up a small weight from Wally world and make sure my scale is accurate. I trust digital scales like a fat girl at a buffet.

I am treating this like a bodybuilding contest or event where I need to make a weight class so I weigh daily to see how sodim intake, carb intake, diet soda intake impact the scale the next day with my current body.... as the final couple of weeks I need to be able to control variables that will impact water retention and bloat. I don't let the scale mess with my head. If it does, do not weigh daily. When I am doing anything competatively (be a contest like this, a street race for $ or even a Warhammer Fantasy Battle table top or Magic the Gathering tournament) I become extremely anal about controling every detail and varable that I can. This requires me to monitor my weight and the mirror daily.
I started this contest with the most fat, and one judge has said he thinks is it harder for lean person to get very lean than a fattie to get semi lean... so I need to be able to come in as close as possible to appearing as lean and cut as everyone who entered, even those starting leaner... which means I need to be able to control my fluid balance and fake the leaness by being drier than someone coming in 2-3% lower in body fat % who doesn't know how to manipulate subcutanious water.

Depends on how much you need them. Anywhere from 1-3x. Accessory work (for performance) and weak point work (for physique) are just that... accessory and weak point work and you need to do them as needed and based on how much of a problem you have. I'd start with every other session on GM's unless you have a horribly weak lower back and bad forward lean issues in which case I would do them every session.

I shall break you, then trample your weak, fat and broken body under my iron feet and grind you into dust... no one shall know your tale or sing songs of your valor for you shall be one of the many countless, nameless and insignifigant foes I crushed in my climb to glory.

These sammiches are awesome... so good to break my fast for the day. BBQ chicken breasts (I get some prepackaged ones frozen that are actually very good... a bit spicy though) and spinach on multigrain rolls that I toast in the oven before making the sammiches. I eated them before I could take a pic. LoL

What brand chicken? I can't remember mine but just picked up 2 huge bags of frozen breasts, I'll never go back to "normal" butcher breasts that I had to unpack and ziploc. The bagged ones are massively convenient and defrost so much quicker (by this I mean they don't get dry from a quick defrost like my normal butcher breasts tend to do) and taste better imo.

STFU you aren't really dumb enough to use that stuff Drew. Although I knew you wouldn't stick this one out fully natty... it wouldn't be the Drewzon way. ;-) As long as you are honest about it, I am cool with it. I don't mind competing with people using whatever they want. If they want to spend the $$$ and take the risks they still paid a price for the results.
Truthfully anyone willing to dish out the money for a legit precontest bicycle will beat us all, but the cost would be several times over the prizes. If someone wants to spend that type of money just to win this it will not bother me, they paid for it, they might as well enjoy it. I don't have that type if cash to burn, but if they do more power to them. No bitching from me about it.

I got a few other things too but I read up enough on the DNP to know what I'm doing
the increased temperature is the biggest risk but i live in a motel room now and there's an ice machine with free ice one floor above me I figure I can just fill the tub up with ice and lay in it if the heat gets unbearable
I have a few oscillating fans as well so it's all good broblue checkered button up from banana and jeans <3

Well Drew sounds like you have plan at least. Keep 9/11 on speed dial. I'm not about to give advice on using that stuff... my advice to anyone is that this particular substance the risk isn't worth the benefit. This one scares me.

Macros for the day 2600 cals, 240 prot, 60 fat. All bro foods. BBQ chicken, multigrain whole wheat rolls, spinach, cottage cheese. Fairly salty today curious if I gain water in the morning.

If all goes to hell Jason at least you'll win the contest of having the biggest/largest log.
Spinach is great but it always mind ****s me; I take a bag of frozen chunks of 600g that fills my pan, then stir-fry it and nothing's left, then eat it and feel full as fuk. Wizardry. (and only 80cals too)Iron, sometimes it sets my teeth on edge, other times it helps me control the chaos.

I was doing too many training vids near the end of my last log I think... I'll try to get more up in here. Not been doing as many as I am not PRing much cutting hard.
I eat it raw. I loaded it on my sammiches... smoothered in BBQ sauce you can't even taste it.

Some various pulling vids after I switched back to conventional.
This is my favorite due to my nerdy head gear.
