Yeah, I was trying to find something to keep the total cals down but I did see some pre-made pizza crusts that weren't too bad. I liked the wrap idea a little better since I usually end up rolling my pizza up anyway, must be a Mexican thing...lol! There were only 100 cals in one of these with 10g of protein, 4g of fat, and 14g of carbs.

Speaking of this I was actually thinking about emailing you the other day for another "free gift" lol. If you know what I mean! I can't help it, I'm cheap (and broke)
Hahahaha don't think I can deliver those but at least you feel warm and fuzzy. That's all that matters
Hmm idk. Maybe you can meet someone in the gym?Patience, dedication, drive.

Mirin leg workout. How long do you usually rest b/n sets? Or do you pay attention to that at all?

Hey braggy poo. How are you? See what I did der....heehee lame rhyme is lame
Well yesterday I damn near passed out after I hit that PR on sumo, head was spinning and had to take about a 3 minute break or longer. Don't remember but I don't pay attention otherwise, I just go whenever my body is ready. On leg press I try to rest only 1 minute though because I love the burn. Feels so damn goodPatience, dedication, drive.

Dear log,
I'm seriously going to make a small investment towards one of those chin up rack things to put in my house. I'm determined to increase my upper body strength, biceps especially since they seem to be my weakest area. Dips are improving though so this makes me happy! Even if I can only increase my reps by 1 a week then I'm still making progress. Keep telling myself I will get there...this session was super quick despite the gym being really busy. Stupid 5 o'clock rush
Chin Ups
4 x 2
3 x 3
Dips
7
5 did not rest very long here
6 x 3 hmmm favorite number I guess
BB Curls
50 x 10 x 2
50 x 8 x 2
Cable Pulldowns
60 x 10 x 3
OH Cable Extensions
40 x 10 x 3
I may or may not go play volleyball in a little while. First things first...sammich time.Patience, dedication, drive.

I raffed a little. I remember once after squats and lunges I tried to start off at 360 on leg press, almost got stuck and was embarrassed but luckily nobody saw
Thats actually pretty solid numbers on BB curls.Patience, dedication, drive.

Those iron gyms are really cheap and pretty awesome! Get it! The only thing that bugs with them is the rubber wears down and then starts messing up your door frame, but you can toss a couple of those floor protector circles on it if it breaks through.
So, I was checking your vids and the few things I would say are that the angle for the DL is kind of hard to really say anything to and I dont know much about sumo stance at all. I would say though that between reps, pull your shoulders back and down again as you rest. you do it on the first rep but then it seems like through the set you lose it. On the squats it also seems like you arent getting down all the way and some are high. Its also a weird angle, so that all kind of "i think?" Have you tried lowering the weight till you can go all the way down?
So jelly of your lifting.... Doing awesome!
Oh, also, so, my comments earlier about not doing yourself damage over all of this was more directed as a response to your "this cut is getting to me.... crying over every little thing...irritable...." Call me sane, but cutting shouldnt be like this.

Thanks chica for the form check. I hear ya on the pulling my shoulders back thing. It's so hard to do though! Like I'm aware of it but it's hard to correct for some reason. I figure it'll get better with time. Also, I'll have to tell my camera man to do better next time haha. Yeah the angle is a tad weird but he swears I'm going at least parallel. 135 is already pretty low and I got that down so I started working with 145, I think I am hitting at least parallel on this. I can tell my depth is improving bc my glutes are super sore the next 2 days. Before when my depth wasn't so great I would feel it in my quads more. Dern half squats
Have no idea what's up with the mood swings. I do think those free meals help tremendously though. Maybe just a mixture of things and I've never been an "emotional" eater but ya know when you're already feeling down, then realize you have like 40 calories left...and hungry? FML! Lol brb downing something to drink to curb my appetite.Patience, dedication, drive.

I dissagree emphatically and here is why: The kind of "cutting" that bodybuilders endure are not supposed to be "sane". If you are after a leaner but soft look, then I would agree, you can have a nice "sane" cut. But if you are looking to get down to epic BF% its gonna be a battle against your body.
Bodybuilding isnt supposed to be easy, sane, or even fun at times. But we do it because hunger is temporary, but glory is eternal. The above statement/post does not represent the opinions of anyone in real life. This is the internet. Not real life. I fukin love this. Can I steal this? Wait, is this a movie quote?
I've been cutting for about 6 months now. I think I've made nice steady progress so far but there's this little bit of pudge in my midsection I'm trying to get rid of. I should take this pudge, and move it somewhere else! Preferably my boobs or booty. Too bad the body doesn't work that way. Abs are so close...yet so far away. Soon. I also have no idea what my bf% is but not trying to get too low...wanna see where I am at the end of my cut then I'll determine from there whether to bulk or not.Patience, dedication, drive.

I think I got it from the real Misc. Not sure. But yeah, its all yours. Come over to my log for more justification of our own obsession with ourselves.
Thats what this is all about. We need to embrace our vanity. And furthermore, we should EMBRACE how fuking hard we work to achieve it. I did my leg training today on 2 hours of sleep and an infected leg (dead srs). But I didn't add it in my write up. I didn't need to... it should be understood that we are trying to achieve our own immortality by any means necessary.
Anyone else is just a hobby bodybuilder. Thats cool for them and all, but don't try to sell me on bodybuilding being easy or enjoyable at all times. The above statement/post does not represent the opinions of anyone in real life. It is enjoyable, but there comes a point where you have to mentally push yourself and almost force that focus because you know in the long run it'll all pay off. There are plenty of times that I've gone to bed hungry but my lifts continue to improve and the mirror is telling me good things so guess what? Fuk you estomago. You just stay quiet and I will continue to see progress even if it is painful. Determined or dumb? Maybe both? next summer will be mine. Bikini body here I come

I have this. Works great. Does leave a little scuffing on the doorframe and you have to drill some holes in the wall, but those are both things that could be undone if necessary later on.

Gee thanks I hope to be as strong as Laurie. She is my idol
2 suggestions on the iron gym? AWESOME. Will definitely purchase one then but I was thinking more along the lines of the power tower? There's one in my gym and this is what I use for dips. An iron gym will get me there for now though since chin ups and pull ups are what I'd like to get down, or up I should say. ThanksPatience, dedication, drive.

Iron Gym EXTREME. Not original Iron Gym. I don't know much about the original one but it might not have the same grip options. So just check before you buy it.
A power tower is awesome but they're more expensive and you need a lot of space for one.Few things are set in stone, except that you have to squat or you are a pussy. - Mark Rippetoe

Mkay.
Mine is this one, but it looks like that one is better

The floor protectors ahve done a GREAT job of protecting our door frames. We just had our whole place painted top to bottom and there isnt even the start of a scuff with those things on it.
