I reread some of the classics such as i am going through brave new world now, that and 1984 are ones that I always come back to.
Fahrenheit 451 is the goat however! But I got to be totally ready to be immersed into it with no distraction. Kind of like watching a Star Wars or lotr film it needs my full focus and no talking throughout.BLM (Brock Lesnar Matters)

Brave New World, 1984 and Fahrenheit 451 are the Holy Trinity of dystopian fiction.
Ray Bradbury is one of my favorite authors. I have a poster of him hanging in my classroom.
Mark Twain is another favorite (and another of whom I have a poster hanging in my classroom). I'm reading Tom Sawyer again now.

I'm trying to think of the books I've read that are new to me since we talked last.
Fight Club & Fight Club II Chuck Palahniuk
I was worried that I had ruined the novel for myself since I had seen the movie a hundred times. But it was still really good. I don't recommend the sequel at all. It's god-awful.
Notes from Underground by Fyodor Dostoevsky
Dostoevsky is actually on the door to my classroom, so that says something since he's the first thing the kids see on the way in every day. That's how much I appreciate his writing. Honestly Notes from Underground is a must-read. If you have any interest in Existentialism or philosophy or just good literature, read it. This instantly became one of my favorites.
A Princess from Mars by Edward Rice Burroughs
I read this because Ray Bradbury himself recommended it and stated that it was the inspiration for The Martian Chronicles, which is one of my favorites.
Maps of Meaning by Jordan Peterson
This took me months to finish. It's long and difficult to read and comprehend. But it's well worth it.
Food of the Gods by Terrence McKenna
I don't know if you're into this sort of stuff, but it was a fascinating read in a strange way. The implication by the author is referred to as the so-called stoned ape hypothesis, which suggests that human consciousness was sparked when our opportunistic hominid ancestors ate hallucinogenic mushrooms from cow dung. It's weird, but fascinating.

During the WWE Hall of Fame last night some cowardly fan ran in and tackled Bret Hart
Travis Browne whom I’ve spoken out against many times in this section i must praise. Browne threw bombs on him as did dash wilder and Titus O’Neil as security came to drag him out.
Bret is a legend but now an old man who had a stroke and has heart issues ffs.
Props to Travis Browne for last night
You fukken kidding me that lowlife scumbag attacking Bret during his induction speech for him and anvil?BLM (Brock Lesnar Matters)

Even so the iconics can both get it, and hard
I think the main event will sum up how the women’s wrestling has evolved from the days of bra n panties matches
My two most anticipated matches have yet to come
Joe/Rey
D-bry/kofi

I missed this post somehow. I was impressed with Shane McMahon and The Miz, I can honestly say that. What they did was seriously terrifying, and anybody willing to risk so much and sacrifice their body in search of greatness is deserving of respect.
Honestly, the women's match just didn't do it for me. They just look a little clumsy and unathletic compared to the men. And I'm not a hater with respect to women's sports. I like a fair bit of women's MMA. I even liked Ronda once upon a time, back in the SF days and early UFC days. But the wrestling just didn't do it for me.
Who is the person you are risking offending? Chuckmanhood?
