    Today's abs and cardio. I did such a great back exercise yesterday that my rhomboids are really hurting. Got to love pain. It means that I've broken those muscles down and create bigger, better ones ^.^

    Tomorrow's my fave - LEG Day, so more exciting news on Wednesday. So I suppose today's "rest" day.

    Definitely great to feel that soreness after a hard workout! Eat, rest and repair!

    I still feel soreness in my back after yesterday's back workout. I even hit my traps with dumbbell shrugs. I rarely do any type of shrug movements because I get good trap size from deadlifting! But after just 3 sets of concentrated shrugs, man I FEEL THE BURN today!

    Hit it hard on leg day! A favorite of mine too!

    What kind of shoulder exercises are you doing? For some reason, my traps and chest are getting bigger even though I'm just concentrating on shoulders. It must be those presses...

    Have you checked out BCAA yet?

    Thanks! =) Oh, I cook them either steamed or sauteed with garlic and tosses in with my protein. It's hard to eat w/o cooking them first. But then, it's always up to individual preferences ;-) How do you eat them?

    Today's my favorite type of day - Leg Day. I'm wondering what my trainers have in store for me. They keep me guessing. I do need to make sure to eat well this morning so that I have enough energy for tonight.

    I got up this morning rather late to start the morning. Since I did end up taking the day off on Monday, I need to make sure to come in to work an hour earlier than usual so that I can "make-up" my hours. So I didn't have much time to sit down and eat breakfast so I filled up my cup with Juggernaut as my "coffee", take my morning supps, and off to work I go.

    As soon as I arrived at the office, I whipped up my Meal#1: 1/2 c. of pasta, 4 oz. of chicken, and 1 c. of spinach.

    Meal#2: 1/2 c. of brown rice, 4 oz of chicken 1/2 c. of spinach + BCAA, CLA, L-Carnitine, and Phynl-Core

    Meal#3: 4 oz of white fish, 1 pineapple slice, and 1/2 c. of spinach.

    Meal#4: 4 oz of white fish, 1/2 c. of brown rice, and 1/2 x of spinach + BCAA, CLA, L-Carnitine, and Phynl-Core

    Snack: 1 scoop of whey

    Pre-Workout: Juggernaut
    Post-Workout Supps: Glutamine + Ester Vitamin C

    Got an email back from bodybuilding.com that says that my Iso-Whey is still in back order =( But I can safely say that the BCAA is really working. I tend to shrink and it seems like I've been able to keep my muscles this time around ^.^

    I was soooo excited when I received my Juggernaut T-shirt that I wore it to work, thinking it's "Casual Friday". Well, ended up getting a "talking-to" by my manager that I have to at least wear a collared-shirt and not to wear T-shirts any longer. Oh well. Just funny that my first and last T-shirt wear is a Juggz shirt. So I had to just take a pic. Juggz Represent!
