    Found a few more pics. As for diet it was all thanks to lean gains and carb cycling with high carbs on strength training days and no-low carbs on rest days. Jumping rope didn't hurt either This is in a span of 5 months from Feb/2013-current. Starting weight was 221. Current weight is 177.

    Lost 17lbs in about a month just eating at a deficit and working out a few times. I'm saying goodbye to the 300 club for good.

    I'd post progress picks but I don't see a difference yet.

    Actually, the body I have now was my actual goal (reached it in only 4 months Seems so easy looking back) but I've developed an adonis complex.. I want even more mass now. Just a little more and I'll be satisfied.

    Year and a half transformation.

    Before and after. 227 lbs down to 175 this week. I've built some muscle but it's been damn hard while trying to lose all that flab. Going to try and drop another 10 lbs (lose the love handles)
    then clean bulk from there.

    Nice results. I certainly don't see any flab or love handles on you but then again I've found that our own self can be our harshest critics. Care to share how you accomplished this because you did a great job.
