In for another one Berto! Just wana say in the time I've been following you and the rest of 3DMJ for at least the past 2 years or so I've learnt more valuable information then I've got from anywhere else and its really made me the athlete I am today (not that I'm anything special but I'm working on it!) I've spoke to you on ******** a couple times about Sheiko and a few other things and you always made an effort even though I wasn't one of your clients. So thank you all for doing what you do! I hope to work with you in the future once I'm not a broke university student! =) And on a side note I pulled my first RAW 3x's BW Deadlift a couple days ago, 6 weeks out from my first show this year. And I guess I'm thinking I'd never have done it without the great information that you guys put out there and the inspiration we get from following you guys, so again; THANKS!!! here's the video for anyone interested...

Berto,
So, my daughter was playing around with these magnets of the letters of the alphabet on our fridge today (she's 22 months old) and as she was lining up the letters in a row, she inexplicably spelled BERTO without knowing it. I yelled at my wife to come look at it, but before we could take a picture of that masterpiece, she knocked all the magnets to the floor lol.
Anyway, I thought you would enjoy that story I hope all is well big guy. Hope to you see you again soon one of these days!

Just watched the new vids, Berto. I like how you have that lower/push/pull set up going. No BS and nothing too fancy.

Berto how do you structure your workouts within that push/pull/legs routine? is it all within a certain rep range, or do you do hypertrophy work for some exercises and power for others? and where do you put in deadlifts, pull days or leg days? (i've seen people do both)

Two heavy movements after on the heavy and medium days and the rest is Le Pumpy, and pumpy days are all pumpy. For the most part, as plenty is auto-regulated100% Natural Bodybuilding!
