Fastest muscles
hey,
i've been working out now for quite a few months, but i'm not getting a great improvement.
i'm wondering what is the best product i can buy to acheive BEST results in the SHORTEST possible time with the less side effects?

you've asked a question that could have a huge answer depending on several factors .. your routine/diet/age/bf% etc etc the list is endless.
you probably want to rethink your diet and maybe routine b4 u go waste money on supplements.
If your desperate for a supplement to keep you happy .. go with protein powder (if you're sure you get enough protein in your diet .. go with a multi vit)

p.s my best advice to give you, is do a search to make sure you're not doing anything wrong in your routine/diet.LIGHTWEIGHT! .. 800lbs 5 weeks out .. I challenge anybody, anyyyybodddyyyyy

Train with intensity

Bodybuilding takes a lot of time.
Either get used to it or find something else to do with your time.
