So i wake up at 3 pm today and tomorrow i have a powerlifting meet.
I must fall asleep around 11-12 today.
Any tips how to do it?I slept like 13 hours and i dont think that i can fall asleep so early.

Be a lot more active than usual today. Don't watch tv or get on the computer/phone before bed (eye stimulation). Eat a good amount today. Try reading before bed. Or studying like you would for a class. Take some melatonin earlier throughout the evening. If you take it early you will get tired quicker, but it will be worn off by morning.
