LOL Trust me, I look better clothed.
Ok, so scale still has not moved (actually up 2 lbs but normal fluctuation), but I look leaner. Whatever, I give up on the scale. I am just going to keep doing what I'm doing (400-500 cal deficit).
I think my next bulk/cut cycle will have me looking closer to how I want to look.

I agree, I thought the other thread was good. I was getting to much crap for it and then when a couple of people started saying the device was inaccurate (no kidding, seeing the numbers isn't the full story), people starting to wonder if the device was legit because they weren't losing "weight", and people on large deficits (which will hurt in the long run, and seeing as they don't understand will just hurt others). I didn't want anyone to sabotage what eating the proper amount will fix and they can get on with their fat loss career.
I figured it would be best to delete it. My reasons were not based on the garbage in the thread only. It is just a shame it had to come to what it did. However, we got a new thread and I am getting no crap. LOL.

Seriously? Are people that ******* that they'd bother you and you alone about being the OP? It's not like you were the only person that had one and was giving it praise.
Too bad we couldn't somehow salvage links and excellent posts / answers before starting again (depending on the forum setup, they may be able to).

I got negged, called a rep, fraud, and one person went so far as to threaten me (that one was actually comical, the guy didn't know his avi was still showing in the PM. It was some skinny fat balding dude). I should have forwarded it to a mod but just deleted it (I didn't care ). No biggie. I got used to it. I'm just glad we can move on. Thanks for the rep too.

LovingIt;
Seriously, I don't think anyone would say 'no' to you
Your hot. Outstanding for your 40's seeing as that lots of women tend to fall of the wagon around then or before.
AND, you came from seriously overweight.
Sometimes, you need to sit back and take full perspective whilst trying to disregard a little of the dysmorphia this site can bring. I mean sure it can be our long term goal to look like the cover models for the site etc, but in the meantime - you should BE damn proud of what you've achieved and walk around like you are too.

I've recently only purchased BMF but I was on a very strict diet of roughly 1800~1900 cal/day for about a year. I dropped from 250 to 185. I am 6ft tall. I was stuck at 185 for a few weeks so I thought I was eating too low for too long now.
However, BMF is showing I'm burning nearly 3500~4000 depending on my lifting schedule. So about a week ago, I've been really upping my carb and fat, to nearly 3000. Since a week ago, I've gained 5 lbs and today morning I am at 190 lbs.
I suspect that most of it is water weight, as I do feel really bloated all the time now. I also suspect that dropping from 250 to 185 with under 2k calorie diet for such a long time messed up my hormones. I'm a bit scared at this point because I don't want to keep gaining the weight and become a super fatty again but then again I'm for sure eating less than maintenance but the weights keep going up
Some of you guys mention thyroid problems. Is this something that can be checked for with a regular blood work with any doctor? or do I need to visit some special doctors?
here is my BMF for a typical workout day.Last edited by kc0716; 06-30-2011 at 03:04 PM.

To any UKers...Looking to order a bodybugg tomorrow, but Amazon keeps throwing the "ki-fit" at me...Google seems to think it's just the bodybugg's U.K. branding, but I'm not too sure!

Would husband. lol
Thanks so much for saying all of that. Some days I am happy, some days I feel I have so far to go that I want to quit. I know that I for sure don't look like the other soccer moms.
It is true what you say about this site. I was reading a thread the other day where pics of Jamie Eason were posted, and people were saying that she's not even muscular, etc. I just kept thinking, man, you people need to get off this site and back to reality for a minute. I have never seen anyone IRL who looks like her (except a couple ladies at my gym who are bigger and juice).
Anyone who thinks this is not muscular for a female has lost touch with reality. v (sorry for the rant)
But I want to look like this. vvv *dreams*
