    Approaching 2 years since i joined the gym.

    It will be 2 years next month. Joined 7/23/09

    think i made decent gains. pretty happy with myself just thought id share this cool story bro.

    legs were making good gains till i rolled my right ankle. Dont really want to strain it till it fully heals. Still feel it when i do normal walking =( any suggestions for leg workouts with the rolled ankle?

    oh and will hit you back on recharge sir =)

    Everything I see in the pictures look real good. I can't see any lats perhaps they are lacking a bit? Chest is amazing though, no homo.

    fri-legs but not recently since ankle rolled.
