I've been seeing a lot of guys doing occluded traing.
Does anyone know if there are any negative effects on the muscles? She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

Diggin all the ideas bro's.
Here's what I'm doing training wise :
Started today (2 days post-contest) :
Tri-phase 9 week program. Last time I did this, I gained quite a bit of strength.
Starting macros - started eating into the shows at about 5 weeks out
225/350/50 - p/c/f, refeed or "free" ish day - 200/450/40
If I don't gain weight, I'll be adding 5g.cho a day until I gain. then bumping fats roughly every two weeks.

LOL... I love how we all count our macros so it makes us appreciate food that much more than the average Joe... We'd all rather see this food pr0n than REGULAR pr0n! LOL...

Digging that 2nd bowl Erik. I love bananas but it seems like they just dont keep very long. I always seem to catch myself with a few too many and they end up going bad.
