    I've been seeing a lot of guys doing occluded traing.

    Does anyone know if there are any negative effects on the muscles?

    Yea it hurts them like shiiiiiiiiiit haha I'm not ballzy enough to start that right now. Maybe play with it in the off season though !

    Diggin all the ideas bro's.

    Here's what I'm doing training wise :
    Started today (2 days post-contest) :
    Tri-phase 9 week program. Last time I did this, I gained quite a bit of strength.

    Starting macros - started eating into the shows at about 5 weeks out
    225/350/50 - p/c/f, refeed or "free" ish day - 200/450/40

    If I don't gain weight, I'll be adding 5g.cho a day until I gain. then bumping fats roughly every two weeks.

    Digging that 2nd bowl Erik. I love bananas but it seems like they just dont keep very long. I always seem to catch myself with a few too many and they end up going bad.
