I watched taken three the other day and i really liked it. I cant wait for the next one.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Inherent vice- I'm not even sure what to say about this POS. I think I would take water boarding over having to watch that again.

I was wondering about the comments that would come up regarding that one.
I actually like (1) a bit better than (2).
But, I still look forward to checking out (3).
We rented (Comcast) Equalizer last night.
We enjoyed it....acting was fine and bad guys died which fits perfectly into my genre of choice.
The ending did seem to set us up for a possible sequel....we'll see.

Wild, starring Reese Witherspoon: Enjoyable, certainly for the excellent performance of Reese and her infinite cuteness. It wasn't as "deep" or emotionally jarring as I was expecting, but it was good and the 2 hours went by very fast. I could have watched another hour, maybe because I was expecting something more to come out of it.
The Imitation Game, starring Benedict Cumberbatch: Another good movie, an enjoyable way to spend a Sunday afternoon, with an outstanding performance by Cumberbatch. As a history lesson, probably not too accurate. It doesn't reflect the horrors of WWII, but then I guess that's not what the movie is about. I googled Alan Turing when I got home to read more, and not surprisingly the movie grossly over-simplified the whole story and the role of Turing and his team in the war effort. But then again... that's what they do in movies.

"The Drop" - Starring Tom Hardy (Don't get to mire his traps though)
3.5/5
Basically there are pubs called "drop pubs" where all the gangstas store their betting/illegal money over night. Few people plan to rob one of these drop pubs. Tom Hardy works behind the bar at his cousins drop pub.
There are a couple of other story lines throughout the movie which are interesting and the movie actually has a great ending. Would recommend it.

My husband and I watched the Equalizer this week-end.
I liked it but he found it a bit slow.
Also watched Automata. Pretty cliche but not bad.** Marie **

I'm watching smokin aces for probably the fifth time right now. Wasn't a hugely popular movie but I really like it. Ray Liota, Jeremy Piven, Ryan Reynolds and a bunch of other really good actors. Story twists and pretty decent action. If you like action/comedies like snatch or formula 51 I suggest giving it a try.
