Hey guys im not sure if any of you remember me but im Jordan and i rep for ProMera Health. Right now im only using the following.
Con-Cret Capsules.......New Flavored version is in route
Higher Power protein and amino's besides a multi of course
I wanted to do this log to hold me accountable each day and push myself. The above products Beta-cret and Gluta tren will be added as they are released. I will be sampling Beta-cret in my next 2 workouts. This thread will be fun and maybe if enough people drop by i will have a few products to give out.
Currently i have started a cut, im sitting at 215 and need to drop a few. Below is my awesomely blurry pic taken on my ipod 20 mins ago

Bi's and Tri's
I strongly believe for big arms to do bi's and tri's on the same day. Right now im doing a 3 week routine that my buddy had his heart set on. Its not the best routine but its giving me a good soreness which i like. Also im 2 weeks into a cut and stronger than when i was bulking which is blowing my mind.
5 Concret capsules Preworkout
Higher power chocolate protein after
Concentration curls/dumbell extensions 3 sets 12 reps forced reps on the last set
Machine curls/straight bar pushdowns 3 sets 12 reps forced on last set
Incline preacher curls/dips 4 sets 8 to 10 reps
Rope hammers/closegrip bench 3 sets 4-5 reps heavy
Weight was moderate all the way through til the end. We ended on a heavy set which had my muscles screaming, but with CON-CRET anything is possible!!!Infinite Labs Rep

Alright guys todays workout was very tiring, i dont recommend this much volume but this routine is only for 3 weeks.
Bench Press 8 sets 3 reps 225
Incline Bench 175 super set with 25 lb flys 3 sets 8 reps
Pec Deck-4 sets 100x8
..............................................
Monster Sets Tris and Bi's
Close Grip bench-155 12 reps
Lying extensions 80lbs 12 reps
Dumbell extensions 20lbs 12reps
Bench dips 15 reps
The above was 4 sets with a 1 min rest
Spider Curls- 55 x12
Incline Curls-20 x 10
Preacher-55x10
Hammers 20x12
again this was a monster set with 1 min rest/ 3 sets

Hi Jordan, Glad I found your info on a Google search for Beta-Cret! The Con-Cret flavours sound good...Now for the Beta-Cret flavs.
