I just recently have started to sup. with BCAA and have been taking them after i work out
with protein. This is my frist time taking them and was wondering what everyones input on
this one isssss!

I usually do bcaa's in the morning, pre, post, and before bed. But there are many different ways to to take them, but with bcaa's higher amounts are more neccessary to see better results and recovery from them.

i have tried the pre and postWO, and they did nothing for me
never tried intra, i cant drink anything but water while working out personally, not to mention the bulk BCAA powder i had tasted like shiat
i would agree with the post above and try them intra or between meals, the latter esp during dieting.. although i dont believe BCAA supps do much, anything to try to help w/ the constant soreness a low cal diet brings is worth it imo, esp since BCAAs are cheap

Anabolic spikes i agree are important (Protein Synthesis)...however, BCAA's taken right before a whey protein shake or in conjunction (unflavored) will get a person to this spike quicker and the spike will stay high longer because of it...common sense...BCAA's are also found in abundance in muscle so naturally BCAA's are a muscle builder...it's what the muscles need most out of all the other amino acids...i should state they are typically found w/glutamine included so my statement is based on that as well as it's found at a high level in compared to other aminos in the muscle..

With very small protein intakes and in particular hydrolysates it of course changes things
