    Im not new on the forums, but i dont really comment or create topics, i do a lot of reading and learning.

    Im not in a contest yet, bc i just am not there yet, but thats my goal to be able to compete in one....the biggest contest for me is myself, i want to look a certain and want to get there through hard work and willing to do whatever it takes (has to be natural). My goal for a contest is summer 2012


    Im kind of looking for tips, encouragement, dif point of views for me to incorporate and help me a better gym rat


    I have been lifting for about 6 years, but i think i learned the right way with proper diet and training about a 2 years ago. i weighed about 147 at the time with 5% BF.....today i weigh 197 with about 15% BF lol, but thats what bulking does to u


    I have so many questions,

    How do u guys get pass the fact u seem to get fatter than more muscular? if thats even the case
    how do u change it up?
    How do u shock ur muscles throughout a cycle to keep them from getting in a plateau?


    im going to start logging my lifts and progress.....i do it in my comp notebook, but ill make it digital as well, so u guys/gals can comment,see what u like, what ud change, what ud get rid of.

    Im an optometry student(graduate/medical) so gym for about 1.25 hours is what i look forward to in the morning

    First day back in about 9 days from being sick and not lifting. Overall pretty good, triceps were done. I started slowing down in the middle of the lift, figured its first day back...but i pushed through it
