Legs are feeling OK so far this morning. That's a great sign. If CON-CRET will prevent my leg DOMS, it will be worth the $$$$ just for that.
I can balance my checkbook and I'm not in debt even though I don't make a ton of money. That's my extent of accounting, so I can't help you.
Several of our guys should get their stuff today. I'm looking forward to watching what happens.

hey Will. I have decided not to run the Con Cret log at the moment. I really apprecieate ProMera's Generosity though

Right now I"m doing my every other day routine...my favorite actually. I may possibly go to M-F in Dec when it will fit my schedule better.
I took 4 servings of the powder in 12 oz of water Sunday for my leg day and then took 1 capsule after my workout to help with the DOMS. It helped. My legs are a little sore, but probably 50% less than expected. The Con-cret combined with me finally getting back in the groove will really help me out in this regard.
Welcome in Carl...glad you could make it. LOL, I almost never go to anything other than my subscribed journals. When I slack in my posting, a few new ones get by me too.
I"ll try to get in a little LI treadmill this morning, then chest/bis, then to the dermatologist (2 hr drive). I will have the "blowtorch" taken to me again today...usually about 25 spots froze/burnt off. I hope to be ready for my lower back/shoulder day Thursday.
So far you all new in here..........STAY OUT OF THE SUN!!!Last edited by storm1507; 11-02-2010 at 07:07 AM.

Ken wanted me to bump it up until I started experiencing some bloating. After taking 4 servings there were some unpleasant things going on while working out last time. But, I think that had more to do with lunch. I think I will settle into 3 on my lifting days and 2 on non-lifting days. I'll keep tweaking until I find the right combination.

4 servings of Con-cret powder mixed with 8 oz of water. It all mixed up completely. I compare the taste to a sour piece of candy without the flavor. LOL
Chest/bi's/abs
BB bench
70# x 14
100# x 12
130# x 10
150# x 8
170# x 6
190# x 5....up 1 rep, but I struggled. I will stay at 190# for another week.
DB incline 3 x 53# x 12....I am lifting at home w/ the dumbell bar/plates, so difficult to get heavy wt into position. I will try 58# next week.
Incline flys 3 x 43# x 10 followed immediatley by pushups to failure...LOL Does anyone remember the Tootsie Roll Pop comercials? Well, it wasn't quite that bad.
SUPER SETS
Preacher curls on my bench's aparatus 3 x 70# x 12
Decline situps 3 x 23
Hammer curls 3 x 33# x 10
Hanging knee raises 3 x 23
Con-cret ratings
Endurance... 10/10 I purposely took my time doing the bench, but after that it sped up. Without trying I got done about 15 min earlier than normal.
Strength...9/10 I was hoping for a solid 5 reps at 190#, so won't give out a ten til the magic happens. Kind of like comparing Jackyln Smith 10/10 to Farah Fawcett 9/10. IMHO
Translation for the younger guys Alba 10/10 , Biel 9/10 If you're younger than that, I can't help you.
Recovery...9/10 My legs were just slightly sore, so until ALL soreness goes away.."No 10 for you!" For you all that have followed me before, you know leg DOMS has been a big issue. I can tell the Con-cret is working...it's just a matter of time.
Heading to the Doc.My current log

You should have received 48 caps with your order to log. At 2 caps a day that will give you enough product to run 24 days. I think you will still see some great results at this dosage and it will last you longer as well.
Congrats, Bro!
Carl, great to see you in here, bro! Would love for you to have an opportunity to log Con-Cret for us if you up for it
That may have been lunch. Since we have conversation about hunting dogs let me draw an analogy like this,
MONO is like going to a shoot and putting your X in the center of the board. Shoot with a #6 shot from 20 yards and you will put bb's in the board but you will also put a lot around the outside edges of the board. Your muscle is the board and the shot is the MONO. What hits the board will work and you may hit the X. Everything that hits outside the board draws water (other tissues) and thus the bloating that comes with MONO use.
HCL works like you are shooting at the same X and board with a 30/6. Aim at the board (muslce fiber) and you will likely obliterate the X and the center of the board. The entire projectile is concentrated at the target. The muscle pulls water but the surrounding tissue does not. Thus, muslce looks fuller but surrounding tissue does not have bloating and all the benefit of the creatine is concentrated in the muscle tissue.
By determining your saturation point, you are still getting complete muscle saturation but just like a glass of water when more is added it overflows and hence the bloating. Backing it down 1 cap or serving will be your full saturation point. This will vary by individual.UnCut ~ My Pre-workout of choice!!

Great news.
Your analogy would be better using the difference between shooting an open choke (mono) vs. an extra full "turkey" choke (HCL). But, most people would not understand.
I am concerned about my iron gut...not much seems to bother it and I don't notice when something does. I just assume it's the coffee. What kind of symptoms should I be looking for when I hit my saturation point?
I kept my dosage at 4 yesterday cuz I had to go to the dermatologist and didn't want any crazy things going on while there. She did give me a compliment about my abs when she was burning a spot on my side and I was tightening up in pain. LOL
16 spots frozen (which is like taking a lit cigarette and burning) yesterday. I use to average 25-30 per trip, so it is getting better. The bad news is that she is worried about 2 darker moles (one around my right knee the other around my right ankle). So, surgery on Dec. 7th I believe.
Legs are feeling fine this morning. I do believe CON-CRET will be a winner. My current log
