Alright guys, I know a lot of you are some tough guys, and work hard for your physique.

Lets see if you guys can hang with the Quantum Body Method. Enter the promo for us in the company promo, and log the QBM with Aftermath and see how long you can hang without puking through a leg workout.

I openly admit i puked through the leg workout, it was the most insane thing i had ever done. My workout partner has puked through a leg workout, shoulders and chest workout.

He's taking it pretty seriously now, needless to say, the workout is no joke.

Lets see how many of you can take the plunge.

I've been interested in this for awhile now, got a buddy(IRL) who competes and he's thinking about trying it after I showed him. When do sign-ups close?

Only reason I'm hesitant are a) I have a feeling DOMS would be hell in a deficit and b) I'm making solid progress while in a deficit using alternating power/hyper weeks

Sign up i think is for the rest of week. I myself am also in a caloric deficient and the use of Aftermath has greatly reduced my DOMs.

Its worth a shot, trust me.

I wasn't saying you were in the wrong section, but rather that you were incorrect in assuming that only "some" of us were tough guys.

That is true, it def. does help ALOT.

Tim, i sent the email over, they are nice printer friendly versions so if you start the workout you'll have nice guide to help you along.

Intoxifying...and crashed my blood sugar pretty hard...the cleaning crew happened upon me well past quitting time passed out, foaming at the mouth w/a jimmy leg...they manually fed me a fun sized snickers to revive me and I was good to go...thanks for checking on me though, Boss man! I'm really enjoying the progression of QBM, learning and getting better w/the flow of each workout, then being able to dig in more (with more intensity) the next time that particular workout comes up the next week...volume w/ratcheted intensity...FTW...
