A couple quick shi.tty poses for you guys. Looking for comments, critiques. Alot of you will say, add mass, and I'll agree lol. These shots were just taken today at 195.8 lbs. All the recent weight I've gained has gone to my midsection.
For the unaware I have Pectus Excavatum. My one trap isn't larger than the other, just how my spine is sitting. Also have Scoliosis, probably the reason I have these could be because I have the Marfan Syndrome. Yes, shoulda been drowned at birth.
Been at it 1.5 years now. Nothing spectacular.
Heres one of just the traps. To show they're not weirdly unproportionate
This shot turned out better than I thought. Leaning back a bit made my spine look straighter.
And heres before I started working out and a current same shirt shot.

Dude, I just read up on this Marfan Syndrome and you need to give yourself some damn credit. You're progress outshines nearly everything on the board because the things that you're up against are truly challenging. Also, you shouldn't have been drowned at birth man, because you can easily show people what true dedication and commitment to overcoming challenges is all about.
Don't say that crap ever again.

great progress man! I also seem to have a trap that is slightly larger than the other. My dad is a good amount taller than me which makes me think if my spine isn't completely straight.

Thanks, but the bitches love it lol. I remember when I first joined this forum before I started working out. In my lurking days before I actually started to work out... There was a huge hate for nipple piercings. There still is to some degree, but haters gunna hate. Sucks getting nurpled with that thing. Fuuuuuuuuuck!
I'm hard on myself because it works. I am my toughest critic. I'm motivated to change.

I should throw up a back double bi pose. Then you guys can see how crooked my spine really is. lol. Just causes a little discomfort for me once in a while. Limited flexibility, certain bends it doesn't like. But like any joint, it can get stiff there and then want to crack. I crack and I'm good to go again.
I just dislike my back bi pose because my tendons are so stiff my left arm looks so much smaller than it is. Damn genetics... thanks, mom! lol Like, my left arm is smaller than my right, but it looks worse do to the lack of flexibility can't pose good lol. Just feels so off. It feels better to pose when still hot from the gym when my tendons and muscles are pumped and stretched. I'll stretch up and snap a pic.

From Wikipedia:
"Most of the readily visible signs are associated with the skeletal system. Many individuals with Marfan syndrome grow to above average height. Some have long slender limbs with long fingers and toes (arachnodactyly). This condition of elongated limbs is known as dolichostenomelia. An individual's arms may be disproportionately long, with thin, weak wrists. In addition to affecting height and limb proportions, Marfan syndrome can produce other skeletal anomalies. Abnormal curvature of the spine (scoliosis) is common, as is abnormal indentation (pectus excavatum) or protrusion (pectus carinatum) of the sternum. Other signs include abnormal joint flexibility, a high palate, malocclusions, flat feet, hammer toes, stooped shoulders, unexplained stretch marks on the skin. It can also cause pain in the joints, bones and muscles in some patients. Some people with Marfan have speech disorders resulting from symptomatic high palates and small jaws. Early osteoarthritis may occur."

If I am being honest...marfan syndrome sounds exactly like the classic ectomorph to me. Ectomorphs are tall, long limbs, faster metabolism (along with faster heart rates), slight case of add (hard to learn), scoliosis is more common than people think and it goes away. The only thing that separates you is the pectus condition.
