[What is Spirodex?]
Spirodex is Gaspari's upcoming stimulant product. It is billed as a mood enhancing stimulant compound that is claimed to:-Increases thermogenesis and resting metabolic rate
-Enhances mood and energy levels
-Ultra long lasting and convenient, once-per-day dosing
-Enhances mental alertness and focus
--------------------------------------------------
So I'm cutting some bodyfat, slowly but surely. I hope this allows me to better control hunger and keep me energized and focused throughout the day. The main goal of this product is to be a stimulant so if I can lose fat while taking it at a more rapid rate than before, thats even better. Focus and alertness will be useful at work so hopefully it can make it through the work day for me so I'm still pumped for the gym.
[General Goals]
Observable PointsMood
Energy
Thermogenesis (fat loss)
Apetite Supression
Length of Effects
Alertness or focus
[Dosing]
Gaspari strong recommends no more than 2 Spirotabs per day. They suggest you take one per day for at elast 4 days before upping the dose to two if necessary. I personally have been drinking around 2 cups of coffee per say so I plan on making this my sole source of caffeine and will start with one and unless its not strong enough, will stick to that.
Other Supplements (The basics)LG's Lipotropic & XF UltraPeptide 2.0Starting Weight: 178lbs

More measurements to come.
[Final notes]
Thank you to Gaspari Nutrition and Dan in particular for hooking me up with this amazing opportunity.
Also, to my crazy neighbor who went through my packages and luckily didn't take any of my precious Spirodex!
As always, let me know if you guys have any questions and I'll try to be as helpful as I can!

[Pictures of The Goods]
Plain, simple packaging. Gaspari went for the pharmaceutical style look with this and its classy and modern looking
Going along with the trend of pharmaceutical style packaging, the pills (or "Spirotabs") are also reminiscent of a Rx drug. The cross style scoring on the back reminds me of the Bayer design and the big "G" on the other side is pretty pharma-like, too. Looks good!

[Day 1: Noon Check-In]
8:30AM -- Dosed first Spirotab of the log. I took it about halfway through my breakfast, headed to work at 8:50. Seemed to start kicking in around 9:05-9:10, so about 30 minutes or so when taken with food which isn't bad at all.
9:30AM -- It has kicked in for sure. I was talking to a coworker when he said "you seem pretty peppy, must have had your morning cup of coffee already"
10:15 -- Not feeling hungry or thirsty, pretty alert and focused, decided to start up the log graphics and write up.
11:45 -- Dude, the morning went really fast. I was shocked when I saw the email that lunch was here, not only do I not feel too hungry, I didn't realize the morning flew by so quickly.Last edited by ZB126; 08-31-2010 at 04:52 PM.

haha, I've been told by a different neighbor that that family was given an eviction notice late last week so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for no more insanity in my building.
haha, thanks man! Its great to have you in here-- the mood is pretty good, I've always enjoyed PEA for that reason so its nice that Spirodex really delivers on the mood boost. Hopefully it will last for a while, too

Thanks guys! And yeah, Gaspari did a nice job on them they look sick.
So this is weird...my gums seem very sensitive to cold. Like even a glass of water. This wasn't present this morning so I doubt its related to the Spirodex(too early to tell) but I literally never have this issue. Its probably my mind forcing me to not eat the last skinny cow ice cream sandwich in the freezer

[Day 2]
Last night was pretty bad....I couldn't get to sleep til almost 3am as I mentioned above. I didn't have a single cup of coffee or caffeine containing product other than the one Spirotab so that is pretty insane. I got a little stressed out in the evening which may have added to it but if this keeps me up again tonight I'll back down to half a pill. I'm hoping an exhausting workout will help me burn some of that energy because holy sh*t that was insane.
08:30AM -- Took one (1) Spirotab with breakfast
10:00AM -- Phone training call went well was very focused and alert. Feeling a little dehydrated, I know I didn't push as much water yesterday as normal so I finished my bottle and refilled it.
11:20 -- Not feeling too hungry and despite not getting much sleep last night the only thing I notice is a little eye strain which could be allergy related and dehydration related. Made a 20oz bottle of Propel to rehydrate.
For Rob since I know he loves his cat:

Drank another bottle of water, had some food-- headache was gone. Good stuff. Feeling productive!
Now that its 5, I'm about to check out of work and head back and then to the gym. I'm still feeling great, the mood enhancement is noticeable still today and I'm surprised I'm not cranky after the lack of sleep. Spirodex is some strong stuff!

[Day 3]
Great workout yesterday, lots of energy, no pre-workout was needed. Felt very warm during it, not sure if it was related or not. Could be some good thermo effects.
Last night's sleep was much better. I took two ReductionPM pre bed since I was worried about sleeping being an issue (forgot to mention I tried that also the first night when I was up late but it didn't help). I fell asleep just fine, no real disturbances, a good night's rest but I was a little behind from the night before so I woke up a little tired, still. Nothing a Spirotab can't fix.
08:40AM -- Took one (1) Spirotab with breakfast, was running late, don't know the exact time
09:00AM -- Training/meeting with a coworker, feeling alert
12:00AM -- Its lunch already? Not even hungry yet...
01:00PM -- Still focused, day is flying by!
