    My 1,200 thosand cal shake

    Hey just posting what i drank twice a day during the summer to get big for football/bulk. It does not cost a lot of money, i believe it comes out to be about 2 bucks 2.50. Anyways rep if you like.

    2 cups of 1-2% milk
    1 Scoop of Optimum Weight Gainer
    2 Cups of oatmeal
    1 big ass spoon full of peanut butter
    4-5 Icecubes

    No he's right, 1 Calorie (the standard "calorie" that people talk about)=1000 calories, so 1,200 thousand "calories" is 1200 Cals.

    Firstly what does that have to do with education on the matter? Secondly in that photo I was roughly 13 years old, 50 kgs, 7% body fat and 5 ft 5?, now I'm 95 kgs, 12% body fat and 5 ft 8 so go figure you dimwit, I'm waiting to post my progress pictures after my bulk.
