I started in January at 180 and i am now 150 :O
The pic in the dress is me last year at a wedding and i put the dress on just to see.... how it would fit.. I need ot donate it or sell it. LOL
ETA Everyone looks amazing!Stay at home mom to 4 kids. Trying to get fit for myself!
30.2 lbs down less than 10 to go!

Yesterday i went through all of the posts in this thread and it is so amazing what we are capable of!
Thank you everyone who has contributed so far - i really needed a motivation boost and this thread has definitely provided it.
I am almost 6 months in (started Jan 1st of this year). I took pics on the first day but hadn't looked at them since. At last weigh in I had lost a total of 12 kgs (about 26lbs) and really felt like it should be more.
After reading all of the posts i dug out the pics and was absolutely astounded at how different i looked then!
At the end of next week I am due to weigh in again (i only weigh myself once a month) and will take more pics and post the progress here - i can't wait to see them side by side because i can already tell that there is a significant change - it has really helped to encourage me to keep going despite what the scales say!

I just wanted to share my progress with y'all.
I've come a long these past 9 months.
I do have a question for those of you who have also lost a ton weight. How did you get past the body dysmorphia stage? It sucks hating your new body more than you hated your old one. All I see is how far I still have to go and not how far I've come. I only seem to focus on the problem areas and not all the improvements I've made. I have lost 8 inches from my waist alone! I don't see that though, all I see is all the loose skin and 10 pounds of jiggly fat.
I also have no idea how much further I should because of this problem? I'm sitting at around 154-156 and I think my bf is around 25%. I have no clue what to do now? I have asked several people at the gym this question and they've all said "once you're comfortable/happy" What if I am never happy with what I see? lol I need some guidance on what I should do next? I don't want to develop an unhealthy obsession, I just want to look good and be healthy.
