But I'm scared of getting too much mercury. My nurse wife and mom are always on me about eating too much. I see that some of you guys take down tuna like a shark, so I'm just wondering if anyone has really researched how safe it is? If I'm eating a can a day am I going to turn into a thermometer?

200lbs, and I've got about 4 cans of albacore left, i'll switch to the light after that.
I'll try the zinc and research other ways to counteract it. I love the stuff and plan to eat it for a long, long time... just want to do it without taking years off my life. From fatass to average. Average is for quitters.

Wow, I have never heard anyone refer to tuna as being really delicious as the original poster put it.
Unless I have a lot of mayo and spice in it, it's disgusting."When you are the best fighter in the world they have a name for you. They don't call you a great fighter, they call you Chael Sonnen" -Chael Sonnen (R)
