    Im trying to bring up my legs and calves becasue they are kind of embarrassing in comparison to my upper body. My friend said that i look like a minotaur with a big upper body and small legs and that pissed me off so now i need to bring them up.

    i only did one set of db rows because my lower back was already killing me and i could barely stay in position with a 70lb db so i stopped.

    i have a pullup bar at my house and i usually do them at home. my back isnt really strong enough for pullups so i do pulldowns instead, plus i feel they give u better form to really focus on the mind muscle connection

    Strong chest, try the 80's next time. I used to supserset cable crowssovers with pushups, thanks for reminding me, im going to do that next workout. Its pretty cool though how when frest, you can do 50-60 pullups and once you fatigue the chest you struggle with pushups.
