I want to loose fat for the summer basically. Going low cal low carb high protein diet. Gonna try and do it for 8 weeks and see how much fat I loose. I start tomorrow. Everything I eat I'll log in here, I'll put some pics up along with my weight every week, and I'll put up all the stuff I do in and outside the gym.
Will try to lift 4* per week, and do 3 hours of cardio as well.
Height: 5'11-6'
Weight: 196lb

Diet has been totally ****ed today and yesterday, went out drinking and now I feel like ****. If I didn't feel like I was gonna die I'd do some legs today however they're gonna have to wait for tomorrow as I do. I'm going out again tonight but I'll stick to grape juice and try not to smoke.
