Stats : Male / 28 years old / 5'7" / Medium-Stocky Build
Objective : Lose the spare tire and retain/build muscle strength...
Future Objective : After fat is gone, will focus on mass/strength harder.
Habits : Smoke 1/2 pack a day / Like to drink on the weekends
Menu : Boneless Skinless Chicken, Steamed Vegetables, Whole Grain Brown Rice, Regular ol' Quaker Oats, lots of water, sometimes a diet dr. pepper, whey protein shakes, creatine.

Abdomen - 41.75"
Waist - 38.5"
Neck - 15.25"
Hips - 40.25"
Biceps - 15.25"
Chest - 40"

03-29-10 ----- 186.4lbs
Started 5 day a week training at the gym. 30 min of cardio in target heart zone and resistance training afterwards. 3 sets of 8 for every muscle group. Each muscle has 48 hours before being worked again....rest on Sat and Sun.
04-08-10 ----- 183.6lbs
It was a pain in the butt at first but I'm seeing results and feeling lots better overall. Lost .5 inches on my waist and .5 inches off my abdomen. Increasing strength everytime I lift too! (Which I'm so stoked about). I finally found the key to my success. My goal is to be 10lbs lighter by the end of the month. Already lost 2.8lbs.. 7.2 to go! Heck, even if I don't hit the target weight but keep losing inches that'll be equally fine with me. Will definitely be continuing the 5-day workout regime.
*Not that anyone probably cares, but hey, there might be someone out there that's interested*

Last two weeks went awesome! 10 workouts of HIIT cardio and followed with weights each time! I'm happy with these results. If my math is right, I lost about 2 pounds of fat and gained about .5/.6 lbs of muscle. =)
I cut back on my weekend alcohol binging and I'm sure that helped some too. It was hard standing around the pool tables drinking diet pepsi, but hell I'll admit it was nice waking up Sunday with a clear head and motivation to do better.
Can see a subtle difference in the mirror and can't wait until the next two weeks pass so I can see again! =) x 1000 I'm so happy about this, I've finally found the key to get rid of this damn tummy I think!
