Lunch: 5oz can of Tuna w/ Miracle Whip, 1 slice cheese and toast
Snack: Nature Valley Grain Bar
Dinner: Chicken Breast w/ some type of vegetable + Protein Shake

Wed: Back/Bis
Thurs: HIIT
Fri: Shoulders/Legs
Sat/Sun: HIIT
