    145 lbs.. how much calories needed to bulk up?!?!

    hey guys been bulking for a bit now made some good gains. I am 145lbs and 5'6 eating 2800-3000 calories. Is that enough or should i up it more? had a some fat gain but i think its because i stopped running but i got a good enough metabolism.

    Should be enough. Try it for a couple weeks and if you arent gaining bump it up to 3000-3200

    What are the calories divided by? im about exactly your same height and 5lb heavier but im eating super lean and seem to be packing on mass with a diet of 40% protein 40% Carbs and 20% fats
