First attempt at "protein pancakes"
Just took plain old bisquick mix and added a scoop of chocolate whey to it haha. Had to add a bit more liquid to adjust the consistency. They came out pretty moist, I was pleased.
I was displeased with the fact that we only had SF syrup in the house, f that noise. So rocked some PB on em. Went down smooth with the big glass of milk on the side."Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever."
