    Exclamation 13 year old's workout

    Hi I am 13 and I do three cardio sessions per week and three upper body sessions.
    In the upper body sessions I do the following (in order)...

    2-15 Pushups
    2-15 Situps
    2-15 Crunches
    3-10 Shoulder Press
    2-15 Kroc Rows(per arm)
    3-7 Diesel Press
    20 Concentration Curls(per arm)
    20 Hammer Curls
    -5 mins of Skipping-
    2-10 Rolling Dumbbell Press
    25 Pushups
    25 situps
    25 Crunches
    4-6 Bench Press (30 kg/ 65-70 lbs?)
    2-10 Bicep Curls (15kg/ 35lbs?)

    Please give me some feedback on what I am doing right/wrong

    oh sorry that was a typing error.. i meant 15kg which is like 35 lbs ill fix it up..

    i wouldnt say do 5/3/1 if you havent squatted before, cos you need to know your maxes before doing it really, and judging by what youve said you havent?
    rippetoes is a good starting program though.

    get squatting and deadlifting though, whatever program you decide on.

    You mentioned in your other thread that you want to gain weight, but you do a lot of cardio. If you aren't bulking up fast enough, then do less cardio and eat more food.

    Yes I do a lot of cardio and eat a lot of food and fortunately I am bulking up pretty well. I just put this on so I could get some advice on what I am doing right or wrong with this routine...

    m 13 im not fat im not chubby. im very active i play on the middle school basketball baseball and soccer team. Im good, but im not as fast. Also, I have lost my 6 pack and i want it back. I am getting out of shape fast. PLEASE HELP me find a good diet and workout for kids please
